Established in 1996, we initially concentrated on the specialized application of waterproofing and damp proofing from which we have grown into a cost conscious and highly skilled contracting concern. The list of prestigious projects undertaken by our Company continues to grow. It includes new and refurbishment work for Property Managers and Developers, Government and Industrial Premises, work to Historical Buildings, Corporate Offices, Churches, Schools and Sectional Title Schemes.

WATERPROOFING

A material part of maintaining the life of the roofs over buildings is the effective application of waterproofing materials where needed. Ineffective and inappropriate applications frequently do more harm than good. At the core of our business has been to develop systems that ensure that products developed for waterproofing are applied in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer. Correct application of 4mm torch-on waterproofing is critical as incorrect application often results in leaks.

We have a fleet of vehicles and mobile gutter extrusion machines for commercial, industrial and household on site manufacture of external gutters to extrude seamless gutters in a range of colours including “Gutter Art” extrusions for domestic and housing complex applications.

Because of the products that we use, we can guarantee the life span of our Colorlume gutters and down pipes products for at least 20 years. They have a zinc / aluminium alloy coating, a conversion coating, a corrosion inhibitive primer and a high performance hydrophilic (self cleaning) finish.
